CULTURAL COMPETENCY TRAININGS
New England Arab American Organization’s Cultural Competency Trainings can be tailored to the needs of you and your group. We offer multi-session, half-day and all-day workshops on topics like Culture and Impact, Cultural Considerations for Medical Providers, Minimizing Implicit Bias, and Cultural Humility for Social Services. NEAAO can make recommendations for artwork, materials and items to help you build an inclusive physical environment that makes all people feel welcome and honored.
NEAAO also hosts Dialogue Groups to bring participants together in discussion about social justice and equity. Participants develop awareness about diverse cultures through interactive storytelling, videos, presentations and role play.
